LPJ is a Show Creative Director specialising in performances that merge storytelling, visual design and emotion - crafting unforgettable live and televised moments for music artists around the world.

 

From intimate broadcast performances to arena-scale headline shows, he works closely with artists and management to translate identity into performance - ensuring each show feels distinctive, intentional and true.

 

He has served as the ongoing Show Creative Director for the MOBO Awards for a number of years, developing and directing performances that have become defining moments within UK music culture. Beyond one-off collaborations, LPJ specialises in building long-term creative relationships with artists, shaping their evolving live performance identity across tours, award shows and televised appearances.

 

His work spans original concepts and global direction for televised performances on the likes of The Jonathan Ross Show, The BRIT Awards and Saturday Night Live, alongside tour and headline show design for Lady Gaga, RAYE, Charli XCX, Ayra Starr, Odeal, the Sugababes, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Chase & Status, Post Malone, Pozer, LeoStayTrill, Libianca and more.
