THORN is a Short Film by Creative Director Luke (LPJ) McCabe that explores the journey of self-acceptance. Told through the lens of personally finding acceptance for his queerness afer suppressing it due to societal pressures, an abusive relationship and growing up in an anti-Gay megachurch. THORN is an abstract short film that features six original songs written for the film, each with a metaphoric visual that explores various topics including labels, suppression, duplicity and abuse.
